Incredible experience! Conveniently close to the city for affordable taxis. Peaceful location, spotlessly clean, and beautiful outdoor area. Welcoming hosts, great tips on vegan food. Modern huts with electricity, ensuite bathroom, and outdoor seating with chimineas. Great for exploring and dog-friendly!

the location is stunning, just a short drive from Kilkenny centre. the hosts, Caroline and Karima, were incredibly warm and welcoming. the huts themselves were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We had our own private garden to relax in, and the beautiful Jenkinstown Woods were right at our doorstep. It was the ideal spot for a peaceful and rejuvenating weekend getaway. Cons: N/A.

I had a blast relaxing in the garden, pretending to be posh while downing prosecco. My inner diva was in heaven. The airport was conveniently far away, so I could avoid the hassle of travel. Oh, and the tiny fridge, stove, and toaster made me feel like a gourmet chef.
Because who doesn't want to sleep in a cramped, uncomfortable bed on their vacation? It's like a luxury version of camping, which is definitely worth the hefty price tag.

the lilac hut shepherds hut in jenkinstown park exceeded our expectations! cozy and comfy with beautiful forest walks and a view of a castle-like mansion. perfect location close to kilkenny and other nearby spots to explore. amazing hospitality and helpful hosts. we'll be back for sure!
